Good day! My legal name is Carmen, but I always have used Annette. I am available now after two years with an elder with LBD. It was an incredible journey.. I have 12 years experience working with Alzheimer/dementia elders. I worked at Sunshine Villa as caregiver then manager of memory care unit. I have since then been doing only private care. I love the one on one with my elders. I use the the Best Friends approach. I am caring, cheerful, patient and respectful. I truly love my work and bring smiles and laughter with me each day. I am reliable and can do all aspects of ADL' s. I usually take care of one elder at a time so I can give them my full attention and availability. Thank you!! I have just finished a two year journey doing night shift. I can work day but right now my sleep schedule is suited for nights.

We love Annette! My MIL is very difficult to manage because of the dementia. Annette is so compassionate and caring. Annette was able to calm her, make her feel warm, loved and laugh. Annette was in constant contact with us about her needs, behaviors, medical issues and anything else she thought we needed to know. Annette worked tirelessly taking in any additional hours we needed her for. She's beyond professional and highly trained. We had no worries about her care when Annette was with her. If you don't hire Annette, you're making a mistake.
