Making a positive impact in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. I strive to support families by providing reliable care. As a compassionate and friendly caregiver and an NBHWC (American Medical Association board-certified health and wellness coach ) I am well-versed in health and wellness, dietary needs, etc. I have years of personal experience caring for my parents and in-laws, along with occasional jobs helping friends. . I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I am also First Aid Trained. I offer respite care, transportation, and help with errands. I also provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I look forward to connecting with you and your loved ones.
