She has a no nonsense take charge attitude that helps me know that I can count on her with my wife. Other family members, who help with care, have met her give her a strong thumbs up as well. Additionally, Anne has excellent written and verbal communications skills. She does a good job tailoring he communication to the situation. I trust Anne, and am glad to have her help.
