About Annelisa

Coming from a large family I have always gravitated towards childcare because it was always how I helped out in my own household. I started my official childcare journey with family friends and gained experience throughout high school and once I graduated I knew I wanted to pursue a career in childcare and being part of a families village. I have worked in multiple school settings across New York City in positions including but not limited to Program Aide and Afterschool Teacher. I also worked as a private nanny for multiple families in New York as well. While based in Jersey I began working before and aftercare in the school districts. I am first-aid, CPR, and AED certified. I have worked with children with autism, dyslexia, speech impediments, and who have special care needs due to behavioral or health concerns. My main focus as a caregiver is ensuring that every child receives the best care possible while catering to their individual needs.
