About Anne

Anne interviewed really well and my child seemed to really click with her when they met. We offered her the job, she accepted, and we were trying to schedule time for her to spend an hour with me learning the ropes (and routes) of a typical day in our household. Then, Anne called to tell me that her current employer had decided to give her a raise to induce her to stay with them when she told them she had a new job. Of course, she accepted, and I understand it would be harder to end a relationship with a family you've known for a year than a family you just met. Oh well, but I was disappointed that she had not communicated to her employer her serious hunt for a new job earlier. Perhaps she had, but the person didn't really expect her to leave? Oh well...Anne seemed very energetic, kind, and responsible.
