I enjoy helping older adults and families create calm, well-supported homes. My experience includes assisting with companionship, meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, household organization, appointments, and supporting daily routines. I also spent time caring for my aging parents, including supporting a parent through the early stages of dementia, and previously worked as an Activities Assistant in Memory Care. I bring a calm, dependable presence and enjoy creating comfortable, welcoming environments where people feel cared for and respected. Whether preparing a simple meal, sharing conversation, accompanying someone on a walk, or helping a household run smoothly, I believe small acts of thoughtful care make a meaningful difference. I value kindness, patience, and respect, and I enjoy helping people remain comfortable and independent in the place they call home.
