About Anne

In May of 2020, I left my job to become a full-time, paid caregiver to my sister, who has suffered four strokes and two heart attacks, in addition to having dementia and several other health issues. I assisted with lifts and transfers and general mobility issues, and I coordinated her medical care, including doctor appointments, physical therapy, and medication. Most important to her was my companionship, as she never married or had children. She has now moved into a nursing home. Prior to caring for my sister, I helped take care of my mother, who was in hospice care at home and needed round-the-clock care. I am patient and compassionate, and I understand and respect the unique needs of the elderly. I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
