About Ann

I have extensive experience caring for dogs, including puppies, through my family's experience breeding and raising Golden Retrievers. I have experience with dogs at all stages of life and understand the different care, attention, and routines they require. I am a Therapy Dog Facilitator and have a certified therapy dog, Bear. I also completed an Animal-Assisted Therapy certificate program through Slippery Rock University. Through this experience, I have developed knowledge of dog behavior, handling, training, socialization, and working with dogs in therapy settings. I am comfortable caring for puppies who require extra attention, supervision, patience, and consistency, as well as adult and senior dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I understand how important it is to maintain a dog's normal routine and make sure they receive plenty of attention and care while their owners are away.
