Hi! I have been with visiting angels for almost the past 2 years and prior to that I was a live in nanny caring for 3 kids and 2 elderly grandparents who needed help with meals, medications and daily functions as well as providing companionship. I am trained in dementia care, early-late stage Alzheimer's, and comfortable handling situations with a calm and clear approach to facilitate the best outcome for you and your loved one. I love coming up with fun activities to keep my clients engaged based on their level of function from playing cards to art projects even to folding hand towels to help keep those motor skills & fostered a sense of accomplishment. I can provide written updates on meals, input/output of fluids, activities, mental state and overall wellbeing to ensure the best quality of care and respite for my client and family members.
