About Anna

I am a Tennessee native from a small town a little ways outside of Nashville. As a young adult, I worked for the Warren County School System at an after school program. Before that, I worked in the daycare at a local gym. I always loved working with children and am excited to do it again, though I am a licensed esthetician by trade. While the beauty industry has served me well for over 4 years, I believe childcare better suits my personality and values. The world is big, ever-changing, and I want to help kids grow into adults who can navigate it with confidence. It starts at home! In my spare time, I love going to the movie theater. The theater is my happy place. Even bad movies can spark wonderful and insightful conversations. I am a huuuge film buff. I collect DVDs and VHS tapes and find physical media conservation very important in the age of streaming. I also love to read, go for walks, and try different restaurants around town.
