About Anna

I was asked to help seniors in their home when I taught yoga and exercise at various senior centers and rehabs and loved doing it, so I stayed with it! I have experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/dementia, frail elder, stroke victims and various other limitations and challenges that seniors may have. I shower, dress, medicate, cook, light housekeeping, drive, will do live-in and much more. I have been responsible for hands-on case management for a 98-year-old man. I have had some amazing experiences and met so many wonderful and interesting people while caregiving! Formerly, I taught English as a Second Language and, before that, a professional cook for many years. I speak some Spanish and am a MA certified (retired) teacher.
