I'd describe my personality as energetic, caring and kind. What I like most about working with kids is their energy, curiosity, and honesty. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old and I've been babysitting ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks, and spend time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I'm extremely hard working and makes sure that everything gets done is a timely matter. Communication Skills Clear communication with children (at their level), as well as with parents or guardians, is key for understanding needs, giving instructions, and resolving issues. Safety and First Aid Knowledge Being able to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies (e. g., choking, allergic reactions, minor injuries) is critical for any child care provider.
