Caring for children was my first job, and I have 10+ years of babysitting and nanny experience with children of all ages. I value getting to know each child and adapting care to their personality, interests, energy level, and routine. I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. I want children to have a consistent day that works for them, while making sure their parents' preferences and expectations are followed closely. I'm comfortable with infants and older children, routines, meals, age-appropriate activities, outings, and everyday childcare responsibilities. As a mom myself, I understand how important it is to trust that your child is being cared for the way you want. I'm looking for a full-time family who is comfortable with me bringing my easygoing 4-month-old son with me.
