Anna is one of the best babysitters we have ever had. She’s very intentional with the kids and goes out of her way to structure time around what they want to do. She gives her full attention to the kids and isn’t easily distracted by her phone (we’ve had dinner with her several times and her phone stays put away). Even when the kids have been very energetic (we have 4), she remains calm, even-keeled, and doesn’t get frustrated easily.
