As a caregiver, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development, shaping young minds, and making a positive impact on their lives. With 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working in alternative education, consulting families on educational opportunities, planning group travel with children, and providing one-on-one support to a middle schooler on the autism spectrum. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature, which helps me connect with children and build a nurturing environment. I value open communication with parents, using their preferred method, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in educational games, board games, puzzles, and even swimming, as I'm a skilled swimmer myself. I'm happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
