Thoughtful And Compassionate caregiver. I'd describe my personality as creative, engaged, communicative, intuitive. I appreciate the most, families where communication is open so that expectations and boundaries are clear and there is room for feedback and changes in care as they come up. I am a mom of 2, one grown and one still in school. My background is in nursing and I love to look for solutions that fit each family best. I tend to work with folks who need companion care, have memory issues, and have various forms of dementia. My skills include providing safety, effective and clear communication, cooking healthy food, warm interaction, outings when possible, and a consiountious mindset.
