Hi, I'm Anna - a trained Newborn Care Specialist, caregiver, and proud mother. My work is rooted in empathy, calm, and respect for each family's unique rhythm. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my role, offering not just practical support, but also emotional presence during one of the most tender moments in life: welcoming a newborn. I completed my Newborn Care Specialist training with Newborn Care Solutions and am certified in infant CPR. I have experience caring for babies - as a nanny, an au pair, and a mother - and I'm always updating my knowledge in newborn development and postpartum wellness. I speak both English and Portuguese fluently, and I enjoy supporting families from diverse backgrounds. I believe that support during the newborn stage should be gentle, informed, and heart-centered. It's an honor to walk alongside families in these early days - offering reassurance, guidance, and care that goes beyond the basics.
