Anna is very thorough and responsive, we feel so comfortable leaving our cat in their care. Her attention to detail and understanding of cats is especially noteworthy. Anna helped us set up some very last minute cat visits over a holiday weekend so I could see one of my friend in CA who got very sick, and it made the whole situation much less stressful.
