Hello, I have been practicing geriatric care for over 16 years. I started to work in the industry back in my twenties and my first job with elderly was in the ACH with six residents living in the facility. I came there with no experience and was trained by my employers and managers. Over the years I worked in multiple care home settings and private homes as well. I received training and certifications from DHS of Oregon and Washington States. Had training in Dementia, memory care, medicine administration and other geriatric conditions. Had been licensed as a Resident Manager, provided live in care for many years. I believe in reliability and commitment to one client and being there till the end. I have a hands on experience and knowledge from behavioral approaches, skin care to cooking and housekeeping as well.
