My passion for supporting the independence and well-being of seniors drives my commitment to quality care. I have three years of caregiving experience and have completed CNA coursework, along with nearly two years of pre-nursing prerequisite classes at JCTC. I also hold an associate degree in Construction Management and speak English, French, and Mongolian. I provide compassionate, dependable support tailored to each person's needs, routines, and preferences. I can assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and daily activities. I remain calm and professional when handling behavioral changes or unexpected situations. I keep families informed through written reports or verbal check-ins and always treat their loved ones with patience, dignity, and respect.
