With four years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive, personalized learning environments for elementary and middle school students. I hold a graduate degree and maintain expertise in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). My approach focuses on building confidence by connecting complex concepts in Math, English, Science, and History to a student's personal interests. I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication to ensure every lesson resonates. I prioritize building trust through consistent feedback and celebrate every "aha!" moment as we master new skills together.
