About Anna

I'm a certified personal trainer with 10 years experience and CPR /AED certification. The personal training was primarily with age groups 50-80 and involved physical rehabilitation exercise and nutritional and wellness management. I have speciality experience as a personal caregiver working with patients present with Dementia and those with specifically Alzheimer's. I have independently aided in hospice care and all stages for end-of-life patients. I have experience with end-of-life comfort and pain management for the patient and family members. I enjoy spending time with my clients whether that is keeping them active or assisting those who are bedridden. Helping others is my purpose, that's why I chose this profession. I am attentive 24/7 to my patients and adapt to their evolving conditions and routines.
