About Annalisa

I am a licensed Registered Nurse with experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. My nursing background includes medication management, chronic disease monitoring, patient education, mobility assistance, and supporting patients and families through all stages of care. In addition to my RN experience, I worked as an in-home caregiver for a client with cognitive and significant mobility limitations. My responsibilities included assisting with personal care, medication administration, blood glucose monitoring, transportation, mobility assistance, housekeeping, and companionship. I also provided emotional support to both the client and family members, helping them navigate daily challenges while promoting safety, comfort, and independence. My combined experience in home health care, acute trauma nursing and private caregiving allows me to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs
