About Anna

Empowering students to reach their full potential through critical thinking and genuine curiosity is the foundation of my teaching approach. I have two years of tutoring experience as an afterschool childcare counselor. I am also always helping my friends study and learn. I am a high-achieving college student and a patient, thorough teacher. I prioritize a student's complete understanding of material, instead of just performance on an assessment. I care about fostering a long-term love for learning. For children, I maintain open communication with parents to ensure we are aligned on the student's progress. I am comfortable meeting online, in your home, or any public space. I am dedicated to helping students succeed in a variety of subjects including math, music, English, Spanish, science, history, and social studies, all depending on the level.
