After having our 3rd baby, we planned on finding a nanny when she was around 4 months old and I began work again. Very soon we realized the transition was harder than expected, and we made the decision to find some part time help before she was even 2 months old. I was so nervous and apprehensive to let someone else care for her at such a young age, but Anna eased my fears very quickly. She was not only amazing with our baby, she became a great friend and was easy to trust. Although I planned to be home most of the time that Anna was there (I was still anxious to fully leave the baby), she really made me feel comfortable to take some time away for myself during the week too. She was always on time and was a safe, reliable driver when it came to picking up my older 2 kids from school. When they were home as well, she juggled the 3 kids amazingly well and they had so much fun with her. When our baby was around 7 months old, due to added work pressures, I made the difficult decision to become a stay at home mom full time. If financially we could have afforded to have had Anna stay with us still, I would have in a heartbeat. I can not recommend her enough and I wish for her a family who will value and treat her amazing because she deserves it!
