Anna is exceptional. She didn’t assume what I wanted or needed. Instead, she let me talk about each room and what was important to me. Even though my home was in disarray, she never made me feel bad about how messy everything was (toddlers). Anna has organized my home in a way that encourages us to put things in their place, but if we can’t get it there, it’s no big deal to her. She just puts it away on her next visit and moves on. I wish I found her 5 years ago. I have had other organizers/cleaners help me - they pale in comparison to what Anna can accomplish in 4 hours. I’ve had pairs of cleaners accomplish less in 6 hours of time. Anna’s work is well worth more than her hourly rate.
