I offer respite care, hospice services, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide regular updates via text or phone call and always follow the family's preferred communication method. Holding a college degree and being CPR and First Aid certified, I'm well-equipped to provide comprehensive support.
