I am extremely passionate about working with people that have special needs. I have grown up with a brother who has a developmental and physical disability. I volunteer through therapeutic park and recreation services working with kids, teens and adults that have physical and developmental disabilities. I was in best buddies and circle of friends in middle school as well. Working with people that have disabilities has always been a huge part of my life and it is something I am extremely passionate about.

I first met Anna when I worked for an organization that held day camps and many other activities for people with disabilities. Anna was a young teenager at that point and one of the most consistent and dedicated volunteers. Even at a young age she was respectful and patient working with children and teenagers with all different levels of ability. We have kept in touch through out the years and I have watched her grow into an amazing woman who is passionate about the rights of children and people with disabilities and a devoted caretaker for the children she has taken care of. She has always been wonderful with my children, two of whom have special needs. Anna is hardworking, loyal, and responsible.
