experienced childcare provider. With over 8 years of diverse childcare experience, I am confident I can meet your family's need for care. As I wrap up a 4 year position with my current nanny family, I am excited for a change and to continue to be the best nanny I can be to your little ones. I describe my method of care as education based, gentle nannying. In many ways, I follow Montessori methods of including young children in everyday life with the goal of fostering their independence, boosting their confidence, and building life skills. I am largely screen-free in my approach, and am not a proponent of harsh discipline for young children, preferring context-based consequences instead.
