Anna has been wonderful with our almost 2yo daughter who had never been watched by anyone outside of family before and was very slow to warm up to strangers, but she liked Anna immediately and looks forward to seeing her, which makes me feel better and less guilty about being away. Anna is very calm, patient but still engaging and our baby learns something new every time she sees her. Anna herself is responsible, reliable and communicative. I would recommend her to any family without hesitation.
