About Annacie Claire

One of my favorite things about working with kids is seeing the ways they learn. I love to watch as they play and begin to understand more and more about themselves and the world around them. Each child is incredibly unique and it's so cool to see the different ways they each develop, learn, and interact! I have been caring for my younger siblings and cousins since I was very young, but I started working with other families when I was 16. I have babysat for multiple different families since then, from infancy to elementary-aged, and worked as a part time nanny for a family since I was 18. I am also very involved in a local ministry in Roxboro, My Life Matters, where I volunteer each week with after school clubs discipling a small group of kids, and have worked for a couple of summers as a camp counselor. In the fall, I will graduate with my associate's degree in early childhood, which is something I've been passionate about for years now.
