About Anna

I have built strong childcare experience through several hands-on roles working with children of different ages. As a youth leader and coach with Faribault Parks and Recreation, I led activities, organized practices, and created a safe, engaging environment that encouraged teamwork and confidence. I also spent two years nannying, providing consistent, personalized care while building strong relationships with both children and families. In addition, I have experience as a babysitter, adapting to different routines and household needs. As a substitute teacher, I gained valuable classroom management skills, followed lesson plans, and supported student learning in a positive environment. Across all roles, I've developed strong communication, patience, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine passion for helping children grow and succeed.
