I have 11 years of experience caring for children of all ages and enjoy creating engaging, sensory-rich environments that encourage exploration, learning, and development. Safety is my top priority, and I use conflicts as opportunities to teach problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation skills. My background as a behavioral technician has provided me with experience supporting children with special needs through individualized strategies and skill-building. I promote independence by demonstrating activities and encouraging children to try them on their own while offering guidance when needed. My infant care experience includes diapering, feeding, formula preparation, nap routines, meal preparation, travel assistance, and household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, organizing, and dishes.
