About Aniya

Hi families! I'm Aniya, a 22-year-old senior at the University of South Carolina studying to become a child psychologist! I've always had a passion for children and have immense patience and compassion. Outside of school, I enjoy backpacking, the outdoors, and being on the USC Rowing Team! Childcare Experience * Babysitting since age 15 * Shandon Baptist Church Preschool Ministry Substitute teacher and Sunday morning Caregiver (ages 0-4) * Christian summer camp counselor for the pasy 4 summers * Currently occcasionaly babysitting for 2 families (ages 2-13) * Recently nannied for a 7-month-old until she transitioned to full-time daycare due to scheduling changes Specialized Experience * Newborns and infants * Children with autism * Nonverbal children * Toddlers and school-aged children I love building meaningful relationships with children and their families while creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
