About Anita

Empowering students to reach their full potential has been the focus of my career for the past decade. As a certified teacher with a graduate degree, I specialize in Math, test preparation, and essential study skills for elementary through high school students. I hold certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), which allow me to tailor my approach to your child's unique needs. By breaking complex concepts into manageable steps and connecting them to personal interests, I foster genuine confidence and a love for learning. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are always working toward the same goals. Whether we meet at your home, online, or in the community, I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where every "aha!" moment is celebrated. I truly look forward to helping your student discover their own path to success.
