About Anita

I provide friendly and reliable companion care for seniors. I currently assist two senior ladies and help them with everyday activities such as walking, transportation, errands, and general support with daily tasks. I enjoy spending time with seniors and helping make their day easier and more comfortable. I can assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments or other places. Cooking is one of my strengths. I love preparing healthy meals and I am especially good at making sugar-free desserts, as well as lactose-free and gluten-free baked goods. I can also help with simple meal planning and healthy eating. I am patient, positive, and dependable, and I always try to create a calm and pleasant environment for the people I work with.
