I've been a caregiver since 2019. I also took care of family since I was young. I'm first aid and CPR trained. Experienced in end-of-life care. including incontinence care and cleanup, bathing, wound care, transfers, and lifts. I've worked with different types of conditions. Including Dementia/Alzheimer's, stroke, & diabetes. I also have worked with cancer patients and Parkinson's. I like to be very familiar with what's going on with my clients, what is not normal, & when to be concerned. I document and share with family the client's daily progress or changes in condition. I do housekeeping, meal preparation, organization, laundry, shopping, errands, doctor appointments, daily home PT, medication, help with bathing, incontinence care, going to the bathroom, and overnight shifts when needed. I also can do live in: 24-hour care when that time comes. I know that compassion, respect, and understanding are the most important things at this time in a client's life.
