We are very grateful to Anissa for stepping in and helping us when our regular CNA’s could not be available. Anissa has been very professional, efficient, and punctual. Her pleasant demeanor, compassion and gentle sense of humor has definitely made a positive impact and made things easier for us. Anissa operates our hoyer very well and is attentive to what needs to be done. She encouraged us to have a list of medicines and the dosage on our refrigerator door, easily seen in case an emergency arose and any other medicine given would not interact negatively with current medicines. While in the kitchen Anissa made an oatmeal, chopped apple, almond milk, cinnamon breakfast and filled our home with the pleasant aroma of hazelnut coffee beans that she ground in our coffee grinder. For these reasons and more we recommend Anissa as a fine caregiver.
