About Anisa

I have a master's degree in education and am currently working as an instructional coach at a k-8 school. I have 20 years of personal tutoring experience and specialize in helping students learn how to read. I teach/tutor math grades k-2, reading/writing grades k-8, test prep, and have experience working with students in drama. I love working with students to reach their goals! I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic. I like tutoring because I love seeing students grasp information and make it their own. I love to see students gain confidence through knowledge. I am only available for online tutoring through zoom. One thing you should know about me is I am dedicated to helping your children. If I have to cancel a session, I always set up a reschedule. I love to communicate and keep parents updated with their child's progress.
