We hired Aniella for President's week to care for our 5 year old. First, let me state the positives...she is really energetic, hands-on, keeps the child engaged all through out the day in many fun activities and follows through with any direction you give her. My son loved his time with her and would wait eagerly every morning for her to come. My only issue is with communication. The first day she was late by 2.5 hours due to a family emergency, Which is understandable and may happen to anyone...but there was no communication from her side for about 1 hour 45 minutes, which led me to believe her availability had changed and we were scrambling at the last minute to find emergency care as we had urgent work commitments. This is the only reason I am taking one star off. Other than this first hitch, she was a fantastic sitter.
