Ania is truly a gem! She was very responsive, engaging, empathetic, and patient with any and every question I had throughout the interview process. I’ve branched out from in home childcare instead of going the usual route (e.g - parents, family, etc.). Nowadays you can’t be too sure but she was able to put my mind at ease by providing check-in’s throughout the day without me having to ask, have fun and engaging activities for my son, and was flexible due to unforeseen work circumstances or delays in my return home due to traffic. She treated my son like family and I’m so excited for any other child who gets to work with this superstar!
