I have 3 years of experience in direct care and behavioral support. For 1. 5 years, I worked as a Home Health Aide providing care for five female clients with diverse medical and personal needs, including medication administration, daily living assistance, and emotional support. I then worked 1. 5 years as a Behavioral Technician for children with autism, implementing ABA-based behavior plans to improve communication, social, and coping skills. Through both roles, I developed strong skills in patience, communication, and individualized care while promoting client independence and well-being.
