About Angel

I am a child at heart! I have 2y of experience as a dinosaur, playing chase with a plot unknown to me (for some reason I'm always the bad guy), and following the lead of a child's interests to encourage imaginary play, independence, and functional communication. I like working with kids because there may be challenging days, but I have never had a "bad day". I started working with kids out of college. I got a job in ABA & loved how different and fun each day was. In my spare time, I like to get out in nature. I share an equal interest in exercise and binge watching classic movies. One thing you should know about me is I have a passion and purpose for service. I love the feeling of knowing I am helping take even just a little off of your plate. My skills include balance of attention to each child, intentional activities (ex: shaping fine motor, communication), and catching when they may be asking me for something mom/dad would normally say no to.
