Empowering students to reach their full potential through tailored guidance is my passion. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of tutoring elementary and middle school students in subjects like math, English, history, and study skills. I adapt my teaching to each student's unique learning style by listening and encouraging open communication. I believe in celebrating small victories and providing positive reinforcement to keep students engaged, even when concepts are challenging. Communication builds trust, so I prioritize a collaborative environment with students and parents. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. With some college education and a reliable car, I'm happy to tutor at your home or the library. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. I am comfortable working around pets and look forward to helping your child succeed!
