I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, building on positive experiences in previous care roles. I provide transportation, assist with errands and shopping, offer home health services, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm also skilled in dementia care, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I understand the importance of earning trust and am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I have some college education, CPR training, and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am eager to use my skills to help your loved one thrive.
