Good with the kids, but less attentive than my kids require. Friendly and nice. Respectful to everyone. Could use more specific ideas for fun and play. Also, have a schedule in place and if the phone is a problem for you then mention it upfront. I would hire again. She's grown in maturity and knowledge since having her here. We keep in contact, and she seems ready to work.
