After working at the HFYR for approximately one year prior to its closing, I provided direct care and supervision for children of various ages. My responsibilities included supporting daily routines, ensuring safety and well-being, assisting with meals and activities, offering emotional support, and maintaining a structured, nurturing environment. I developed strong communication, patience, and conflict-resolution skills while working closely with both children and team members to promote stability and positive development.
