I have extensive experience working with individuals with special needs. I began this work when I was young, and over the years I've supported children, teens, and young adults ranging from 2 to 25 years old. My experience includes helping with daily routines, emotional support, sensory needs, social skills, communication, learning activities, personal care, and creating a calm, safe environment. I've worked with a variety of special needs and I always approach each person with patience, kindness, and genuine respect for their individuality. My goal is always to meet people where they are, support their independence, and make them feel understood and valued.
