About Angelia

Hi! I'm Angie, and I truly love working with children and Early Childhood Education. I'm a CDA-certified Lead VPK teacher with 4+ yrs of hands-on experience caring for and teaching children from 5 months through Kinder. I have Associate degrees in Early Childhood Education + Pre-Teaching Early Elementary Education, + additional training through DCF & more. I'm First Aid/CPR/AED certified for both adults and children. I'm comfortable with infant routines like bottles, diapering, naps, as well as create activities, reading, play, crafts, & help older children build independence + routine. I love learning each childs personality, interests & creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, & encouraged. I'm bilingual in English + Spanish & have experience supporting children with different developmental needs.
