I am a dedicated healthcare and human services professional with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centered care to older adults and individuals with disabilities, behavioral health needs, and memory-related conditions. I also have more than five years of supervisory experience. My skills include medication assistance, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, transportation to medical appointments, and running errands. I have experience providing hospice and end-of-life care, monitoring and documenting changes in clients' conditions, and communicating with families and healthcare teams. I am CPR and First Aid trained and take pride in providing dependable, respectful care while promoting safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
